2. Her refusal to acknowledge & address numerous Blog Postings that were repeatedly emailed to her
Ad nauseam as follows:
(a) Blog Posting: July 13, 2016: "Appeal to all Alberta MLAS: PLEASE ADDRESS THIS PROVEN WRONGDOING BY ALBERTA HEALTH CARE AUTHORITIES".
(b) Blog Posting: April 5, 2017: "NOTLEY GOVERNMENT OF ALBERTA REFUSES TO INVESTIGATE PROVEN WRONGDOING BY AUTHORITIES IN THE ALBERTA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM - SHAMEFUL".

3. Her refusal to confront her Minister of Health, Hon. Sarah Hoffman who has refused to examine Surgeon Douglas Anderson's private documents that reveal approval by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta of Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.

4. Her refusal to confront her Minister of Seniors, Hon. Lori Sigurdson who refuses to represent her constituent Surgeon Douglas Anderson in the Alberta Legislative Assembly and who has been made aware of "lost incriminating documents" in her constituency office and has not investigated this serious problem.

TO THIS DATE, MAY 30, 2018 - PREMIER RACHEL NOTLEY, Q.C. HAS CONTINUED TO STONEWALL SURGEON DOUGLAS ANDERSON

Premier Rachel Notley, Q.C. has stonewalled Surgeon Douglas Anderson since she became Premier of Alberta in May 2015.  This prolonged stonewalling shows cruel and callous abuse of government power and is further evidence of "Criminal Negligence" as it has had a serious effect on Surgeon Anderson's health.

Albertans await Premier Rachel Notley's comments.
