NOTLEY GOVERNMENT STONEWALLS 83 YEAR OLD SURGEON WITH SERIOUS HEART DISEASE

Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson has tried to establish communication with Premier Notley, Hon. Hoffman & Hon. Ganley since the Notley Government came to power in May 2015.
Surgeon Anderson wishes to discuss proven serious wrongdoing by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA), the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) and Governments under premiers Stelmach, Redford, Hancock & Prentice.
Surgeon Anderson has provided documentation to support his accusation of wrongdoing. Details of this wrongdoing are recorded at Blog Site:

The Notley Government refuses to address this material & refuses to communicate with Surgeon Anderson. This has caused insomnia and constant stress on Surgeon Anderson which is extremely harmful to him. He is 83 years of age and has as serious heart disease.

DEFINITION OF CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE

Definition: Criminal Negligence is - "the reckless DISREGARD FOR THE LIVES OR SAFETY OF OTHER PERSONS".
The Notley Government (and the previous four Tory Governments before Notley) has shown Criminal Negligence in the following:

1. Allowing proven failure of the CPSA to self-regulate in a manner that assures public safety. The CPSA has failed to protect the public. This has not been rectified by the Notley Government.

2. Prolonged Stonewalling (yrs) of Surgeon Anderson concerning wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta.
Surgeon Anderson is 83 years of age and suffers from serious heart disease.  Because of this stonewalling he has been under considerable stress with insomnia and has incurred considerable expense with the preparation and delivery of documents and sending of Registered Letters, all of which have been ignored.
