NOTLEY GOVERNMENT IGNORES ITS CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE - WHY?
       (Definition: Criminal Negligence - "Reckless Disregard for the Lives or Safety of other persons")

The Notley Government has displayed its Reckless Disregard for the lives and safety of Albertans as recorded at this Blog Site - as follows:

1. Refusal to address the College of Physicians & Surgeon's (CPSA) failure to Self-Regulate in a manner that assures protection of the public.  The CPSA has failed to protect the public.

2. Refusal to ever communicate with Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson on proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Alberta Health Care System.  This prolonged stonewalling has been very stressful on Surgeon Anderson and his family in view of Surgeon Anderson's serious heart disease.

3. Refusal to address incriminating documents possessed by the Notley Government since May 2015.

4. Refusal to arrange a meeting with Surgeon Anderson to review his Private Documents that show in detail, wrongdoing by the CPSA.

Albertans urge the Notley Government to communicate concerning its Criminal Negligence.
