PREMIER RACHEL NOTLEY, QC REFUSES TO COMMUNICATE WITH SURGEON DOUGLAS ANDERSON - WHY?

retired Eye Surgeon, having conducted his surgery in Edmonton Alberta  Canada
for over 30 years before retirement.

WHY DOES RACHEL REJECT DOUGLAS?

Surgeon Anderson has important questions for Premier Notley to please answer:

1. What action did Premier Notley take on the Patient Case History sent to her in a letter from Surgeon Anderson dated Aug. 19, 2015 which stated:

"The package that accompanies this letter was delivered by Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson to you at your constituency office.  This is to avoid staff who may have served under FIVE TORY MINISTERS OF HEALTH that preceded your government.
In this package, please find enclosed a copy of my letter to Minister of Health, Hon. S. Hoffman, dated August 19/15 along with Document - 'Five Tory Ministers of Health - Hide Negligence for 10 years (2005-2015'"

Premier Notley's reply dated Aug. 26/15 stated:

"I want to thank you on behalf of our office and the Hon. Rachel Notley, for your letter and case history of the Health Care System.  Your advocacy, in raising awareness against abuse in the Healthcare system will help ensure the issues receive attention".

This totally flawed investigation of this Case History was accepted without reservation by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) and approved by the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA).  This CPSA investigation shows incompetence and lies by the CPSA in its dismissal of patient complaints and gross negligence of the HQCA in accepting the CPSA'a outrageous Patient Complaint Process.

2. Why does Premier Notley not insist that her Minister of Health (Sarah Hoffman) and Minister of Justice (Kathleen Ganley, QC, communicate with Surgeon Anderson re his serious concerns about wrongdoing by authorities in the Alberta Health Care System?

3. Why does Premier Notley refuse to address the following:

(a) "Personal Documents" of Surgeon Anderson showing wrongdoing (Refused to be addressed by S. Hoffman).
(b) "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
(c) "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
(d) "Five Tory Alberta Ministers of Health - Hide Criminal Negligence for 10 Years (2005-2015)".
(e) " Four Tory Alberta Ministers of Justice - Abuse Surgeon & Hide Criminality (2008-15)".

4. Why does Premier Notley not insist that her Minister of Health (Hon. Sarah Hoffman) address Private Documents of Surgeon Anderson which show severe wrongdoing by CPSA in its Patient Complaint Process?

WHY DOES PREMIER RACHEL NOTLEY, QC  STONEWALL SURGEON DOUGLAS ANDERSON?

Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson has tried to have meaningful communication with Premier Rachel Notley since May 2015.  This premier refuses to communicate Re proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta - Why?
