Douglas L. Anderson is an 83 year old retired Ophthalmic Surgeon. He conducted his surgery in Edmonton Alberta for over 30 years before retirement.

BRIAN JEAN, QC REFUSES TO COMMUNICATE - HISTORY

Refusal of MLA Brian Jean, QC to communicate with Surgeon Anderson is shown clearly in the following history:

1. Blog Postings from this site dated Jan. 11, 13, 14 (2016); Mar.3 & 16 (2016) were sent to MLA Brian Jean. A prompt response was requested.

2. REGISTERED LETTER to MLA Brian Jean, QC from Surgeon Anderson dated March 23, 2016, requesting a prompt reply.  A copy of this letter follows:

"I am a senior citizen, 83 years of age. I am asking for your help. For many months, I have informed Health Minister Sarah Hoffman and Justice Minister Kathleen Ganley about proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta.  I have requested a timely reply.  I have received no communication from either minister Hoffman or Ganley, and am quite disturbed.  I cannot wait indefinitely, as I have a serious heart disease.
Would you kindly assist me in obtaining a response from these ministers. I await your timely reply.

3. Follow-up letter dated April 13, 2016 was sent to MLA Brian Jean, QC from Surgeon Anderson requesting a prompt reply. A copy of this letter follows:

"I sent you a Registered Letter dated March 23, 2016 (copy enclosed). I requested a prompt reply. I have not been contacted by you.  I await your prompt communication with me".
