Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson has tried to make meaningful contact with Premier Rachel Notley since his first letter to her dated May 27, 2015.
Following is Surgeon Anderson's total contact with, and response from Premier Notley.
(NOTE: Surgeon Anderson has not been contacted by either Ministers Hoffman or Ganley even though they were instructed by Premier Notley to make contact with Surgeon Anderson)

May 27/15: DLA/RN "During the past 10 years, my experience with the previous four Tory Premiers of Alberta has been extremely stressful on me. Hon. Edward Stelmach; Hon. Alison Redford; Hon. David Hancock; Hon. James Prentice.
I am 82 years old and my deep concerns with the Health Care System in Alberta have not been addressed. I am hoping that you will be able to address my concerns. These four premiers and their cabinets refuse to address the following materials and refuse to communicate with me:

In both of these communications I requested a timely reply. When might I expect to receive communication from you?

July 8/15: DLA/RN "My previous letters to you indicate a serious problem. Richard McIver, MLA refuses to communicate with me concerning wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities and personal abuse by four Tory Premiers.
Ethics Commissioner, Hon. M. Trussler will not acknowledge receipt of my Registered Letter mailed to her on May 27/15 concerning this wrongdoing and abuse. Please find enclosed the current Blog Posting:

July 21/15: RN/DLA "Thank you for your letters dated June 10 and June 24/15. Unfortunately, my office did not receive your letter dated May 27/15.
From your blog post, I can see that your previous dealings with the Government of Alberta have been upsetting. To better address your concerns, I have forwarded a copy of your recent correspondence to the Hon. Sarah Hoffman, Minister of Health. I would ask that you sent Minister Hoffman any documentation you have relating to your concerns so that her staff can follow up, as appropriate.
Again, thank you for taking the time to contact me".
July 27: DLA/RN "Thank you for your letter to me dated July 21/15 (copy enclosed). Also enclosed is a copy of my letter sent to you dated May 27/15 (the letter that you did not receive).
I would be relieved to have the opportunity to discuss with Hon. S. Hoffman & Staff, my deep concerns with proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta.
I shall be contacting Hon. Hoffman in the near future".
Aug.19: DLA/RN "The package that accompanies this letter was delivered by Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson to you at your constituency office. This is to avoid staff who may have served under FIVE TORY MINISTERS OF HEALTH that preceded your government.

Aug. 26: RN?/DLA "I want to thank you on behalf of our office and the Hon. Rachel Notley, for your letter and case history of the Healthcare system. Your advocacy, in raising awareness against abuse in the Healthcare system will help ensure the issues receive attention.
Health care is one of the most important services a government can provide, and supporting public healthcare is one of the mainstays of the NDP government.
Ms Notley appreciates your efforts and commitment.
Thank you again for your efforts to communicate the concerns you have outlined in your case history".

I have attempted to have Ethics Commissioner Hon. M. Trussler, QC join me in exposing proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta (including several past and present MLA's). Unfortunately she has dismissed me.
Albertans do not understand her rejection of exposing wrongdoing even if it does not fit comfortably under her mandate.
Would you kindly clear up this problem for me?".

PITIFUL COMMUNICATION FROM RACHEL NOTLEY AND HER MINISTERS - HOFFMAN AND GANLEY
The above letters show clearly that Premier Notley will not respond to Surgeon Anderson's concerns in any meaningful way. Surgeon Anderson has sent numerous letters to Ministers Hoffman and Ganley and has received no communication from them!
