MINISTERS HOFFMAN & GANLEY REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE WITH SURGEON ANDERSON - WHY?
Health Minister Sarah Hoffman and Justice Minister Kathleen Ganley have both refused to communicate with Surgeon Anderson after receiving numerous letters from him concerning wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta. Copies of letters sent to both ministers from Surgeon Anderson are recorded below:
Health Minister Sarah Hoffman:
1. July 27/15: "I ask for your help. In January 2011 I created Blog Site - http://medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.ca for the purpose of recording wrongdoing by Authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta.
I invite you to visit this Blog Site.
In addition to this record of wrongdoing, I have several personal documents detailing wrongdoing by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta which I would like to share with you.
Could you and your staff meet with me to review and discuss these documents?

2. Aug. 19/15: "The package that accompanies this letter was delivered by Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson to you at your constituency office at 10649 - 124 St., Edmonton AB T5N 1S5 and not to yourt office in the Alberta Legislature.
This is to avoid staff who may have served under FIVE TORY MINISTERS OF HEALTH who preceded you in this portfolio.
In this package, please find enclosed the following:
1. DOCUMENT: 'FIVE TORY MINISTERS OF HEALTH - HIIDE CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE FOR 10 YEARS (2005-2015)
2. Copy of Patient History showing appalling mismanagement of the patient, that was accepted by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) and the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA).
These FIVE TORY MINISTERS OF HEALTH have accepted no action by the CPSA & HQCA to rectify this wrongdoing. Albertans find this unacceptable.
I would appreciate a response from you pn this wrongdoing"
3. Sept. 29/15: "I am delivering this letter personally to your Constituency Office to avoid any staff who may have served under previous Ministers of Health in the Alberta Tory Governments.
Please find enclosed copies of letters that I sent to you and which I trust have come to your attention:

2. Aug. 19/15 - Letter and Document - 'Five Tory Alberta Ministers of Health - Hide Criminal Negligence for 10 years
(2005-2015)', which I delivered personally to your Constituency Office.

4. Dec. 30/15: "For many months I have sent you information showing proven evidence of wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta.
I have requested timely replies and have received none.

Justice Minister Kathleen Ganley:
1. July 8/15: "I am requesting your help. For the past eight years I have been stonewalled by the past four Premiers of Alberta - Prentice, Hancock, Redford & Stelmach.
At present I am being stonewalled by the leader of the PC Party in the Alberta Legislature - MLA Richard William McIver.
I informed Ethics Commissioner Hon. M. Trussler, QC of this abusive stonewalling in my Registered Letter to her dated May 27/15 & requested a prompt reply. Unfortunatelyd, she has not acknowledged receipt of this Registered Letter.
I am a Senior Citizen 82 years old and a retired Eye Surgeon. I conducted my surgery in Edmonton, Alberta for over 30 years.
The above Tory MLA's have refused to address the contents of this Blog Site (http://medics-failk-to-self-regulater.blogspot.ca) since I created it in 2011, This site details wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities in Alberta.
These five past and present MLA's refuse to communicate with me.
There can be no democracy without communication!

I have attempted to have Ethics Commissioner Hon.; M. Trussler, QC join me in exposing proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta (including several past and present MLA's).
Unfortunately she has dismissed me. Albertans do not understand her rejection of exposing wrongdoing even if it does not fit comfortably under her mandate.
Would you kindly clear up this problem for me"

Sept. 26/15: "The Document that accompanies this letter - 'Five Tory Ministers of Health - Hide Criminal Negligence For 10 Years ( 2005-2015)' is being sent to you by Registered Mail to your constituency office in order to avoid staff who may have served under Tory Ministers of Health: Hancock, Liepert, Zwozdesky, Horne and Mandel.

4. Sept. 28/15: "Please find the following two documents contained in this Registered Parcel:

I fear that the letters that I sent to you dated July 8, 2015 (Registered) & Sept. 17/15 must not have crossed your desk and you may not have had an opportunity to answer them. These letters concerned the serious problem of hiding Criminal Negligence bhy four Alberta Tory Premiers and my dismissal by Ethics Commissioner Hon. M. Trussler, QC
