Alison Redford has stonewalled Albertans concerning their Health Care for over 5 years (while Justice Minister, as a candidate for leadership of PC Party & as Premier of Alberta).
During this entire period, she has refused to acknowledge receipt of numerous Registered Letters sent to her concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
This behavior shows complete disregard for the foundation of democracy - COMMUNICATION.

In her Throne Speech (May 24, 2012) she states: "YOUR GOVERNMENT WILL PROMOTE TRUSTWORTHY LEADERSHIP THAT GENUINELY TAKES ALBERTANS TO HEART, AND ESTABLISHES OPENNESS AND TRANSPARENCY AS GUIDING PRINCIPLES.  ALBERTANS WILL BE ABLE TO SEE WITH DEPTH AND CLARITY HOW GOVERNMENT WORKS FOR THEM".

Amazing!  During the past 5 years Alison Redford has refused to acknowledge receipt of numerous Registered Letters from Albertans concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering and Risk of Patient Death and refuses to communicate to this day!

ALISON REDFORD IS INCOMPETENT IN PREVENTING & OVERSEEING FIASCOS IN ALBERTA HEATH CARE

Three recent fiascos that Alison Redford completely mismanaged were:

1. Firing the Board of AHS:  She fired all ten board members of the Alberta Health Services in
June 2013  and broke several legal contracts which created an expensive legal mess to be paid by Albertans.

2. Firing Vice-Presidents of AHS:  In September 2013 she authorized a major health authority executive "shakeup" by firing five top executives (who leave with a shared $2.1 million in severance) which throws the entire health management structure into disarray.

3. Dismissal of Dr. Chris Eagle:  On October 17, 2013 she caused the resignation of Dr. Chris Eagle, CEO of Alberta Health Services.

It is no wonder that Alberta Health Care is in a state of turmoil.

1. First and foremost:  BE TRUTHFUL.  Be truthful to yourself and to others.
Albertans insist on having a leader who is truthful & can be trusted.

2 DO NOT HIDE INCRIMINATING DOCUMENTS
Albertans insist on being informed about any criminal activity.

3. DO NOT MAKE PROMISES YOU WILL NOT KEEP
Promises are very important.  Girl Guides and Boy Scouts honor promises.
To break promises made in your Throne Speech is an insult to all Albertans and to
our Head of State, Queen Elizabeth.
Albertans are very serious about honoring promises.

4. HONOR COMMUNICATION WITH ALBERTANS

One of the pillars of democracy is communication between the leaders and those who selected the leaders to govern. Stonewalling is the antithesis of communication & democracy.
You have stonewalled Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C) for over 5 years.
This has caused great cost to him in time, money and stress.
Alison Redford is guilty of, personal & deliberate, prolonged & cruel abuse of an Alberta Medical Doctor -  shameful behavior!
