The following individuals are guilty of PROVEN CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE.
Each one of them has ignored MULTIPLE REGISTERED LETTERS that prove wrongdoing by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).
The CPSA has protected its Medical Doctor Members and has not protected Albertans.
Amazingly, the CPSA has submitted LIES to justify the closing of patient complaint files.
Albertans have informed the authorities of REFORMS TO THE CPSA that would reduce the risk to Albertans of Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death, but unfortunately the authorities refuse to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters detailing this subject.
At no time during the past 5 years has anyone in the Stelmach or Redford Governments addressed these multiple Registered Letters, yet alone suggest a meeting to discuss with Albertans proven wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities.

1. ALISON REDFORD: For over 5 years Alison Redford has refused to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters from Albertans concerning - Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
2. ED STELMACH: This premier of Alberta has ignored multiple Registered Letters from Albertans concerning - Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
3. DAVE HANCOCK: This minister (in his role at that time in Health) refused to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters for over five months, concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
4. RON LIEPERT: He replaced Hancock as minister of health. He refused to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
5. RON STEVENS: He replaced Alison Redford as minister of justice. Unfortunately, in the
HIGHEST POSITION OF JUSTICE for this province, Ron Stevens refused to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering and Risk of Patient Death.
FAILURE TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF REGISTERED MAIL
Acknowledging receipt of Registered Mail is a basic requirement in a democratic nation.
How us it possible that the above individuals refuse to acknowledge receipt of Registered Mail?
