Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C) is consulting lawyers for the preparation of documents to sue premiers Stelmach and Redford for their abuse of him. Dr. D. Anderson has suffered mental stress and personal expenses due to their willful stonewalling of him for the past five years.
Proven Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death, detailed in numerous Registered Letters sent to Edward Stelmach and Alison Redford from Dr. D. Anderson, have been completely ignored by these two premiers.
Following is a copy of a Registered Letter dated March 11, 2013 from Dr. D. Anderson to
Edward Stelmach:
"I am consulting lawyers to prepare documents for legal action against you.
This action will be used if you do not negotiate compensation for my anxiety and expenses incurred by your wrongdoing to me over the past five years.
Your wrongdoing to me includes;
1. Your refusal to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters sent to you from me, concerning Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
2. Your refusal to acknowledge proven breakdown in self-regulation by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta. This College has demonstrated clearly that it protect its medical doctor members and does not protect the public.
3. Your refusal to address the following documents:
(a) "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
(b) "Addendum to The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
(c) Contents of Blog Site - "medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.ca"

Before being forced to take legal action, Dr. D. Anderson awaits negotiated compensation from Edward Stelmach & Alison Redford for the mental stress and expenses he has suffered by their abuse of him.
Will Edward Stelmach & Alison Redford now "come out of hiding" from Albertans.
Responsible & accountable government is not achieved by stonewalling Albertans in their
Health Care.
