Definition: Criminal Negligence - " RECKLESS DISREGARD FOR THE LIVES OR
                                                          SAFETY OF OTHER PERSONS ".

Who are these individuals?:

1. DR. JOHN COWELL -  CEO (HQCA) entrusted by Premier Redford to ensure quality of health care for Albertans.  He has organized the Inquiry into " queue-jumping " authorized by Premier Redford.
2. DR. ANTHONY FIELDS -  Chairman of Governance (HQCA).
2. DR. LORNE TYRRELL-    Past Chairman of Governance (HQCA).

What makes these three MD's Guilty of Criminal Negligence?

Each of these three medical doctors have been entrusted by the Redford & Stelmach Governments and all Albertans, to assure that all Albertans receive the best possible health care.

Incredibly, these three medical doctors refuse to comment on the following materials which show severe wrongdoing:

1. WRONGDOING BY THE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS OF ALBERTA (CPSA) - Drs. T. Theman (Registrar), J. Ritchie, K. Mazurek, J. Bell, H. Woytiuk.
(The HQCA refuses to discuss possible reforms to the CPSA Investigative Process for addressing Patient Complaints, reforms which would reduce the risk of needless suffering or possibly death of patients in the future).

2. WRONGDOING BY THE GOVERNMENT OF ALBERTA:
- Two Premiers: A. Redford & E. Stelmach
- Four Ministers of Health: D. Hancock, R. Liepert, G. Zwozdesky & F. Horne
- Five Ministers of Justice: D. Hancock, R. Stevens, A. Redford, V. Olson & J. Dennis.

The Health Quality Council of Alberta is a fraud, created by the Government of Alberta but lacking the power to make necessary and urgent reforms to the Health Care System of Alberta.  By ignoring the serious wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities detailed above, the HQCA shows clearly its fraudulent behavior against Albertans.

Drs. Cowell, Fields & Tyrrell appear to be afraid of addressing this wrongdoing in the Health Care System of Alberta.  Are these three medical doctors intimidated by their "masters" in the Government of Alberta?

Albertans await a prompt response from Drs. John Cowell, Anthony Fields & Lorne Tyrrell,
