DR. D.TAYLOR (MEDICAL DIRECTOR) REFUSES WRITTEN ANSWERS ON MD ABUSE

    REFUSES WRITTEN ANSWERS ON MD ABUSE -
 INTIMIDATED BY HEALTH CARE AUTHORITIES?

The following letter was sent by Registered Mail to Dr. Daylan Taylor
(Co-Site Medical Director - Walter C. Mackenzie Centre, Edmonton)
from Dr. Douglas Anderson, dated September 20, 2012:

" RE- meeting Drs. D. Taylor & D. Anderson - Sept. 20, 2012.  The following printed material (enclosed) was delivered to Drs. Daylan Taylor and D.W.C. Johnston (Co-Site Medical Directors, Walter MacKenzie Centre - Edmonton) via their secretary on April 11, 2011 from Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C).
1. Edmonton Journal Article - 'Angry MDs demand inquiry--March 17/12'
2. Notice - 'Premier Redford Fails - Abuses Medical Doctors'.
3. Blog Posting March 31, 2012 - 'Premier Redford Faces Voters - April 23, 2012':

Dr. Anderson requested that Drs. Taylor & Johnston review this material and contact Dr. Anderson for a discussion of its contents.  On September 20, 2012 Dr. Taylor informed Dr. Anderson that both Dr. Taylor & Dr. Johnston had reviewed this material but neither doctor had contacted Dr. Anderson.

On April 11, 2012 Dr. D. Anderson circulated this material throughout the Walter C. MacKenzie Centre and was warmly received by everyone save one employee who objected and had Dr. Anderson evicted from this facility by security personnel.

On September 20, 2012 the above material was reviewed by Drs. D. Taylor and D. Anderson.  Dr. Anderson asked Dr. Taylor for answers to two questions:
1. 'On reviewing this material did Dr. Taylor agree with the evidence that Dr. Anderson has been abused by authorities within the Alberta Health Care System?'
2. 'The Health Quality Council of Alberta reviewed Dr. Anderson's three documents (CEO Dr. J. Cowell & 
Chair Dr. L. Tyrrell) -
     - 'Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions'
     - 'The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock'
     - Addendum to The Anderson Journal on The Hon. Dave Hancock'
Dr.Cowell's comment by letter was - 'HQCA is NOT IN A POSITION TO COMMENT on these documents'.

On reviewing these three documents, does Dr. D. Taylor find evidence of abuse to Dr. Anderson by authorities within the Alberta Health Care System?

Dr. Anderson requested that Dr. Taylor put in writing his answers to the above two questions.  Dr. Taylor refused and said that his answers would be verbal only and insisted that his answers would not be published!  Dr. Anderson agreed and 
Dr. Taylor gave his verbal answers.  Dr. Anderson will publish his answers at an appropriate future date.

This this letter, Dr. Anderson is now presenting these same two questions to Dr. D.W.C.  Johnston and requesting his prompt reply by mail.

It would appear that Drs. D. Taylor, C. Cowell & L. Tyrrell are remaining silent because of intimidation from higher authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta. The Culture of intimidation appears to be very much alive!
Albertans await a reply from Dr D.W.C. Johnston. "

Albertans must be informed why Dr. D. Taylor refused to answer in writing, Dr. D. Anderson's questions and will give only a verbal response.  Is Dr. Taylor intimidated by other authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta? Albertans await Dr. Taylor's answer!

UPDATE ON DR. ANTHONY FIELDS - HQCA CHAIR

Dr. A. Fields has not replied to Dr. D. Anderson's letter dated Sept. 5, 2012 in which Albertans demand that Dr. Fields expose PROVEN wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta. He has not responded to a copy of Blog Posting of dated Sept. 6, 2012 entitled:
" HQCA HEAD-DR. FIELDS CHALLENGED BY WRONGDOING"

Would Dr. Field please acknowledge receipt of these mailings?
