2. Premier Redford: - has broken her promise to Albertans to call a
Fully Open Public Judicial Inquiry into ALL of the ills that plague
the Health Care System of Alberta.
3. Premier Redford: - hides from Albertans CRIMINAL DOCUMENTS that
detail wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities.
4. Premier Redford: - hides wrongdoing by the following Authorities within
the Health Care System of Alberta -
- Premiers Redford & Stelmach and Ministers in their cabinets
- Senior Officials within The Health Quality Council of Alberta
- Senior Officials within The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta
- Senior Officials within the Alberta Health Services
5. Premier Redford: - refuses to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered
Letters concerning wrongdoing by Authorities within the
Health Care System of Alberta
Following is a copy of the most recent Registered Letter (Feb. 25/12) sent by
Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C) to Premier Redford & ignored by her:
" Albertans are pleased that you have kept your promise to call for a 'Judicial Inquiry' into the ills that plague the Health Care System of Alberta. In order to address ALL of the 'ills' that plague the system, this inquiry must be very broad.This Judicial Inquiry will no doubt require a Federally Appointed Judge. This judge will require the freedom to question All Authorities within the Health Care System of Alberta. These authorities would include:
1. Current Premier of Alberta - Hon. Alison Redford.
2. Past Premier of Alberta - Hon. Ed Stelmach.
3. Ministers of both premiers' cabinets.
4. Officials within the Health Quality Council of Alberta.
5. Officials within the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta.
6. Officials within the Alberta Health Services.
Please find enclosed a copy of a POSTER that will be circulated to Albertans in the near future entitled -
'Redford Hides Criminal Document' which contains Dr. D. Anderson's Document - ' Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions'.
Albertans await an Open Public Judicial Inquiry that has the freedom to call any Health Care Authority to answer questions and provide answers and hopefully suggest possible solutions.
