Premier Redford's record shows:

1. Premier Redford continues to refuse to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters from Albertans concerning wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities, while she was Minister of Justice and now as Premier of Alberta.
2. Premier Redford refuses to honor her promise to Albertans to call for a
            FULLY OPEN PUBLIC JUDICIAL INQUIRY
into Health Care in Alberta.
3. Premier Redford refuses to make public three criminal documents which prove abuse of Medical Doctors by the Health Care Authorities of Alberta:
- "Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions"
- "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
-  " The Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".


WHY IS A PUBLIC JUDICIAL INQUIRY ESSENTIAL?
This is the question that Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C) is asking all candidates.
Dr. Anderson has an important statement for all candidates:

" I am a retired Eye Surgeon. Minister of Health, Fred Horne has stated that the present Health Inquiry will not include alleged intimidation by medical doctors.

Alleged intimidations is not the issue.  The issue is PROVEN LONG-TERM ABUSE OF MEDICAL DOCTORS BY HEALTH CARE AUTHORITIES IN ALBERTA. 
The emphasis is on proven and not alleged.


I have been abused personally for advocating against patient neglect and needless suffering of patients.
This abuse came in the form of  STONEWALLING  me and refusing to communicate with me because the Health Care Authorities had not other method of punishing me. This abuse has caused me great pain.

I have been abused for almost five years by Premier Stelmach and more recently premier Redford. I have been abused by the past four ministers of Health, including the present minister, Fred Horne.

I have been abused by three ministers of justice including the present minister Hon. V. Olson.

Ironically, the very people empowered by Premier Redford to question others on possibkle wrongdoing, have abused me for over one year - the Health Quality Council of Alberta - CEO Dr. John Cowell & Chair Dr. Lorne Tyrrell.  These two medical doctors have refused to meet with me or correspond with me or comment on my documents showing criminal activity in Health Care by the Premiers and their ministers,     and finally I have been abused by the Registrar of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta - Dr. Trevor Theman and several medical doctors serving on the Council of that body.

Are you prepared NOW - TONIGHT to demand that Premier Redford call for a Fully Open Public Judicial Inquiry into the ills that plague the Health Care System in Alberta?
Albertans must hear the answer from each candidate.
