The simple answer is YES by - "STONEWALLING". What could be simpler than to evade questions and refuse to respond to constituents - not for days - but for many months - this is called "stonewalling".

1. Sept. 7, 2016:  Surgeon Douglas Anderson delivered (in person) incriminating documents to the constituency office of MLA Sigurdson (Ref: Blog Post Oct. 18/16:"Hon. Lori Sigurdson Ignores Incriminating Documents")

2. Oct. 21, 2016: email to Surgeon Anderson from Bo Zhang & Surgeon Anderson's reply:

     Bo Zhang to Surgeon Anderson - 10:58 AM:
     " Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We would like to apologize for our delayed response. Our office did not receive notice that these documents are being sent. 
As of right now, our staff is unable to locate these documents.  We request that you please re-send them either by mail or e-mail, and please give us notice when you do, so that we can expect it.

    Surgeon Anderson to Bo Zhang - 6:24 PM:
    " Hi Bo Zhang - I delivered these documents personally to an attendant caring for a dog in Hon. L. Sigurdson's Constituency Office on the morning of Sept 7 about 11  AM.
It is completely unacceptable that Hon. Sigurdson did not see or review these documents.

HAS BO ZHANG FOUND THESE "LOST" INCRIMINATING DOCUMENTS?

Hon. Lori Sigurdson is Surgeon Anderson's representative in the Alberta Legislature. Has Hon. Sigurdson ever requested a meeting with Surgeon Anderson?
Unfortunately Surgeon Anderson and his representative have never met with each other - Why?

Has Bo Zhang found & delivered to Hon. Lori Sigurdson the "LOST" documents that were delivered to the constituency office of Lori Sigurdson by Surgeon Anderson on Sept. 7, 2016?
Would Bo Zhang have the courtesy to inform Surgeon Anderson on the status of his search for these "LOST" documents?
When will Hon. Sigurdson begin to represent Surgeon Anderson in the Alberta Provincial Legislature?

MEDICAL STATUS OF SURGEON DOUGLAS ANDERSON

Surgeon Anderson is 84 years of age, has multiple coronary artery stents and a cardiac pacemaker and is taking numerous medications. He suffers from insomnia due to tension over his discord with the Notley Government over this governments refusal to expose proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Alberta Health Care System.
Is his representative in the Alberta Legislature, Hon. Lori Sigurdson  planning to stonewall him until he expires?
Is this plan not ELDER ABUSE?
