On September 30, 2014 Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson sent by Registered Mail, the following two documents to Premier Jim Prentice, QC which details wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities in the Alberta Health Care System.
Surgeon Anderson insisted on a prompt reply (4-6 days) from Premier Prentice, QC. Unfortunately, this premier refuses to communicate!

DOCUMENT TWO: " Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock ".

This premier ignores his own dictum to his cabinet ministers on Accountability, Honesty & Transparency.

Does Jim Prentice, QC qualify to represent Albertans as an MLA?
Does he meet the Moral & Ethical Standards demanded by Albertans of their MLA's?
