THIS BLOG SITE HAS RECORDED THIS CORRUPTION

This Blog Site - http://medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.ca
has recorded this corruption since January 2011.
There are three main areas of corruption:

1. The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).
2. The Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA)
3. The Government of Alberta.

CORRUPTION BEGAN WITH HON. DAVE HANCOCK -
                                         MINISTER OF HEALTH - JUNE 29, 2007

On this date Dr. D. Anderson sent this minister a letter detailing severe flaws in the Investigative Process of patient complaints used by CPSA, and informed him that the CPSA submitted lies to justify the closing of a patient's complaint file.
Subsequently, over a period of FIVE MONTHS this minister refused to acknowledge receipt  of multiple Registered Letters sent to him by Dr. D. Anderson. Why would a Minister of Health behave in this fashion? Is he afraid to face-up to a "nasty problem"?

HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA

On September 30, 2010 Dr. D. Anderson met with the top officials of HQCA (Drs. John Cowell & Lorne Tyrrell) and was told the HQCA 'was not in a position" to deal with Dr. D. Anderson's documents:
1. " The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock"
2. " Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock "

On September 30, 2010 Dr. D. Anderson loaned to Dr. L. Tyrrell, private documents that detailed the wrongdoing of the CPSA.  Many months later (after several letters requesting their return) Dr. L. Tyrrell returned them personally to Dr. D. Anderson WITH NOT A SINGLE COMMENT!
Dr. L. Tyrrell is a former councillor of the CPSA. Is he protecting the CPSA at the expense of protecting the public?

PREMIER STELMACH BEHAVIOR

This premier's behavior is detailed in Dr. D. Anderson's document -
"Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock"
This document shows clearly that Premier Ed Stelmach refused to acknowledge multiple Registered Letters sent to him form Dr.D. Anderson concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.

PREMIER REDFORD BEHAVIOR

This premier's behavior is detailed in this Blog Site as well as in Dr. D. Anderson's document
"Addendum to the Anderson Jounal on the Hon. Dave Hancock"
This premier has refused to acknowledge multiple Registered Letters from Dr. D. Anderson concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
This refusal has extended over her political career, including -

-Minister if Justice
-Candidate for leadership of PC Party of Alberta
-Premier of Alberta

PREMIERS REDFORD & STELMACH
REFUSE TO MEET WITH DR. D. ANDERSON

At no time in the past five years have either of these premiers suggested a meeting with Dr. D. Anderson to discuss his concerns with wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities in Alberta.

LAST REGISTERED LETTER TO PREMIER REDFORD

It is now 72  DAYS since Alison Redford received Dr. D. Anderson's last Registered Letter concerning Patient Neglect , Needless Suffering and Risk of Patient Death.
AMAZING -  This premier refuses to extend the courtesy of acknowledging receipt of this letter!

OPEN PUBLIC JUDICIAL INQUIRY - ESSENTIAL

An Open Public Judicial Inquiry is essential to expose the wrongdoing of Health Care Authorities in Alberta.

DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE TO JUDICIAL INQUIRY

Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C) will make available all information that he possesses  on wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities in Alberta.

THIS BLOG POSTING IT BEING SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL TO PREMIER ALISON REDFORD

Albertans hope that their leader will respond.
