COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS OF ALBERTA (CPSA)
FAIL TO SELF-REGULATE

The CPSA has approved its dangerous incompetent investigation of patient complaints.
These complaints detail Patient Neglect with Needless Suffering and a risk of patient death.
These complaints were submitted to the Medical Staff of the CPSA who dismissed these complaints as unimportant and took no action.
The Council of the CPSA approved this dangerous incompetent investigative report from its medical employees.
No action was taken by either the STAFF or COUNCIL of the CPSA to address this serious problem.
A Criminal Negligence law suit was not filed because the patient did not suffer permanent disability.
Such incompetence of the CPSA could result in permanent disability of patients in the future.
There is proven evidence that the CPSA protects its medical doctor members and does not protect the public.
THE CPSA FAILS TO SELF-REGULATE

HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA (HQCA)
HIDES CPSA FAILURE

The HQCA has been fully informed of this serious problem of failure of self-regulation by the CPSA.
The "top" three officials of the HQCA (Drs: J. Cowell, A. Fields, L. Tyrrell) refuse to discuss possible changes in the Investigative Process of patient's complaints currently used by the CPSA, changes that would address incompetent Investigative Reports by the CPSA and reduce Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering and the risk of patient death in the future.
These three refuse to correspond or meet with Albertans to discuss these necessary changes.

GOVERNMENT OF ALBERTA HIDES WRONGDOING OF
CPSA & HQCA

The following officials within the Stelmach & Redford Governments are guilty of wrongdoing within the Health Care System of Alberta:

A. Redford, E. Stelmach, D. Hancock, F. Horne, R. Liepert, G. Zwozdesky
R. Stevens, V. Olson, J. Denis

The failure of self-regulation by the CPSA was brought to the attention of Hon. Dave Hancock
(Minister of Health) - June 29, 2007. Dr. D. Anderson was dismissed by D. Hancock in his letter of December 27, 2007 which stated in part - " I am unable to assist you further at this time".
Since this date, the Stelmach & Redford Governments have been fully informed of this serious problem.
No one in either of these governments dares to address the contents of this Blog Site!

PREMIER REDFORD - UNACCOUNTABLE IN HEALTH CARE

Premier Alison Redford has been fully informed of the above wrongdoing of the CPSA & HQCA.
She has taken no action!  Why?
This premier was informed during three stages in her career:

1. Justice Minister in the Stelmach Government.
2. Candidate for leadership of the PC PARTY of Alberta.
3. Premier of Alberta.

Alison Redford dismissed Dr. D. Anderson in her letter dated July 29, 2008 in which she stated
in part:- " I am not in a position to assist you further ".

This premier, since this date has received numerous Registered Letters from Albertans requesting action on the above wrongdoing by the CPSA & HQCA.

PREMIER REDFORD HAS NOT HAD THE COURTESY TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF ANY OF THE NUMEROUS REGISTERED LETTERS from Albertans concerning Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering. She has not addressed the contents of these letters.

Is Premier Redford accountable and transparent?
Albertans must answer this question.
