The following is true and accurate.  Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C) is prepared to appear (if called) before an Open Public Judicial Inquiry into the ills that plague the Health Care System of Alberta and testify under oath.

1. Dr. Theman is the " Top Employee " of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).
He is fully accountable to the Board of CPSA & the public.
2. Dr. Theman is responsible for addressing serious errors committed by all medical staff employees of the CPSA.
3. Dr. Theman has failed to address these errors which include lies submitted to justify the closing of a patient complaint file.

(Ref: Dr. D. Anderson's private files detailing severe flaws and extreme incompetence in the six reasons CPSA recorded to justify the closing of patient complaint file # 060421.1.4  These files were loaned to Dr. L. Tyrrell - Chair of Governance, HQCA from Sept. 30/10 to May 12/11 and returned to Dr. Anderson by Dr. Tyrrell, without comment! ).

4. Dr. Theman refuses to meet or correspond with Dr. D. Anderson to discuss CPSA errors.

There is proof that the CPSA protects its medical doctor members at the expense of protecting the public.

DR. TREVOR THEMAN'S FAILURE - IGNORED BY HIS SUPERIORS

Unfortunately Dr. Trevor Theman's failure has been ignored by:

1. CPSA Council (who hired Dr. Theman).
2. Hon. Dave Hancock (Minister of Health & Wellness).
3. Two premiers of Alberta:  Hon. Ed Stelmach & Hon. Alison Redford.
4. Health Quality Council of Alberta: Drs. J. Cowell, L. Tyrrell, A. Fields.
