Premier Ed Stelmach was elected by Albertans to serve Albertans.
Premier Stelmach is the "top" PUBLIC SERVANT of Alberta. His function is to serve Albertans.

How is it possible for a Public Servant to REFUSE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS presented to that servant by those people who elected that servant to speak for them? Democracy Demands that the Public Servant Communicates with those people who entrusted the servant and put the servant into a position of responsibilty.

Unfortunately, PUBLIC SERVANT ED STELMACH  refuses to communicate with Albertans, the people who entrusted  him with their voice.
