UPDATE CODE OF CONDUCT - LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA (JUNE 7, 2024)

In this update, the following appears: "Two fundamental principles underlie this code and are implicit throughout its provisions. First, a lawyer is expected to establish and maintain a reputation of integrity, the most important attribute of a member of the legal profession".

FOUR MEMBER LAWYERS OF THE LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA - VIOLATE CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Elizabeth Osler, K.C.; 2. Darlene Scott, K.C.; 3.Mickey Amery, K.C.; 4. Tyler Shandro, K.C.

All four of these K.C. lawyers have compromised their integrity by refusing to address five items in Blog Posting of April 21, 2022 (medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.com) as follows:

1. To request a meeting with Alberta Senior Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson to discuss their stonewalling him since 2005.

2. To examine Dr. Anderson's personal files that detail Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of patient death all of which was approved by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council if Alberta.

3. To examine and comment on the contents of Blog Site- medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.com

4. To comment on Dr. Anderson's serious accusation of Criminal Negligence levelled at

A. Redford, Q.C.;   D. Hancock, Q.C.;   R. Notley, Q.C.

5. To examine and comment on the following Four Incriminating Documents:

(a) "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. David Hancock".

(b) " Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. David Hancock".

(c) " Five Tory Alberta Ministers of Health - Hide Criminal Negligence for 10 years.

(d) " Four Tory Alberta Ministers of Justice - Abuse Surgeon & Hide Criminality".

WHY DO THESE FOUR ALBERTA LAWYERS REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE?

Are they attempting to hide information that could prove harmful to them-Cover-up?

They seem to have forgotten that "integrity is the most important attribute of a member of the legal profession".

Their refusal undermines public confidence in the integrity of Alberta lawyers.

CONCLUSION - VIOLATION OF CODE OF CONDUCT OF LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA

All of the above K.C. lawyers are in violation of this code. a letter (Canada Post) from Alberta Senior Surgeon Douglas Lloyd Anderson to the above K.C. lawyers follows:

Please find enclosed a hard copy of Blog Posting dated July 22, 2024.  Canadian K.C. Lawyers have demonstrated lack of integrity ("the most important attribute of a member od the legal profession") in refusing to communicate with 91 year old resident of Alberta since 1962. This shows appalling disregard for "We the People of Alberta".

Albertans await a prompt response.

DEFINITION:  COVERUP - " ANY ACTION, STRATAGEM OR OTHER MEANS OF CONCEALING OR PREVENTING  INVESTIGATION OR EXPOSURE

REFUSAL TO COMMUNICATE

Premier Danielle Smith, Mickey Amery, K.C.- Tyler Shandro, K.C.- Elizabeth Osler, K.C.- Darlene Scott, K.C.  -  still refuse to communicate with Alberta Senior Surgeon Douglas Lloyd Anderson - why? Is this an attempt to hide or coverup information?

This refusal is even after receiving multiple Registered Letters from Surgeon Anderson concerning Criminal Negligence of Alberta K.C. Lawyers & refusing to examine Surgeon Anderson's private files showing Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering and Risk of Patient Death all of which was approved by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta & the Health Quality Council of Alberta.

This refusal to communicate is in itself extremely discourteous but even more important, this refusal to communicate has been a prolonged abusive action against a 91 year old senior resident of Alberta causing prolonged anxiety and expense.  Failure to communicate suggests evasion of revealing important information.

THREE ALBERTA MINISTERS OF JUSTICE - INVESTIGATED FOR MISCONDUCT

The Law Society of Alberta has investigated the following Ministers of Justice/K.C. Lawyers:

Along with Alberta K.C. Lawyers who refuse to communicate on Criminal Negligence of Alberta Lawyers - the addition of investigations by the Law Society of Alberta into misconduct of three Alberta Ministers of Justice/K.C. lawyers - ALBERTANS NOW QUESTION THE INTEGRITY OF ALBERTA LAWYERS.

Albertans urge Alberta Lawyers and the Federation of Law Societies of Canada (Jill Perry, K.C. & Erin Kleisinger, K.C.) to:

Alberta Senior Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson has sent Premier Smith yet another Registered Letter (dated July 16, 2024) which follows:

"Dear Premier Smith:  You have stonewalled me continuously since you became Premier of Alberta in October 2022.Blog Posting of January 23, 2024 reproduces three Registered Letters which I sent to you and requested your replies. You refuse to reply. I requested compensation from you for my waisted resources. I have reveived no compensation.

Since January 23, 2024 I have sent you a further FIVE REGISTERED LETTERS IN 2024

         JAN 23; FEB 27; MAR 26; APR 23; MAY 14

All of these Registered Letters concerned CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE OF ALBERTA LAWYERS

All of these Registered Letters I requested your reply. You refuse to respond - Why?  Albertans await your prompt response to my current Registered Letter to you dated July 16. 2024.
